We're already on Odoo. Can you take over from another developer?

Yes — this is most of what we do. We start by auditing what's actually in your instance, since the documentation rarely matches reality after a few years of changes, then take it from there.

What happens to our data during a version upgrade?

It's migrated on a copy first, never your live database. We validate record counts, custom fields and integrations on staging before anything touches production, and you approve the result before go-live.

Our process doesn't match any standard Odoo module. Now what?

That's normal — almost no business runs the out-of-the-box flow exactly. We write custom logic on top of the base module using inheritance, so it still updates cleanly when Odoo releases a new version.

Do you only work with Enterprise, or Community too?

Both. Which one makes sense depends on your budget and which features you actually need — we'll tell you honestly if Community covers your case instead of upselling Enterprise by default.

What if something breaks three months after launch?

That's what the support agreement covers. You get a direct line to engineers who already know your setup, with response times defined upfront — not a generic ticket queue.
