Odoo Services

Odoo implementation built around how your business really runs

We map your real workflows first, then configure Odoo to fit them — Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR and more — with clean data and a team that knows how to use it on day one.

What our Odoo Implementation service covers

01

Business process discovery

Structured workshops with each department to capture how orders, stock, money and approvals actually move today.

02

Module configuration

Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, Project, POS and Website — set up to work together.

03

Data migration

Customers, products, BoMs, open orders and opening balances moved from spreadsheets, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage or a legacy ERP.

04

Localisation & multi-company

Chart of accounts, taxes, fiscal positions, currencies and inter-company rules for every entity you run.

05

Training & documentation

Role-based training sessions and short user guides written around your own processes, not generic screenshots.

06

Go-live & hypercare

A rehearsed cutover plan, on-call support during the first weeks and quick fixes while habits settle.

Is this you?

Signs it's time to talk to us

  • Your business runs on spreadsheets that don't talk to each other
  • The same order or invoice is typed into two or three systems
  • Month-end close takes days of manual reconciliation
  • Nobody trusts the stock numbers until someone counts the shelf
  • You've outgrown entry-level accounting or inventory tools

How we deliver

A clear process, nothing skipped

  1. Discovery

Workshops with the people who do the work, so we see the real process — including the workarounds.

  2. Blueprint

A written scope, fit-gap and timeline you sign off before anything is configured or coded.

  3. Build on staging

Configuration and code happen on a copy of your system, with progress reviews at agreed checkpoints.

  4. Test & train

We run your real scenarios end to end, then train each team on the workflows that came out of discovery.

  5. Go-live & support

Planned cutover, hypercare after launch and an SLA for everything that comes up once people use it daily.

Odoo Implementation — common questions

How long does an Odoo implementation take?

It depends on scope. A small team adopting a few core modules is typically live in 4–8 weeks; a multi-department rollout with integrations usually takes 3–6 months. You get a dated plan in the blueprint before work starts.

Should we choose Odoo Enterprise or Community?

It depends on the features you need and your budget. We'll show you exactly which requirements need Enterprise and tell you honestly when Community covers your case.

Where will Odoo be hosted?

Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or your own cloud server — each has trade-offs around customisation, cost and control. We recommend one based on your requirements and can set up and manage any of them.

Can we start with a few modules and add more later?

Yes. Phased rollouts are often the safest approach. We design the first phase so later modules plug in without rework.
