  2. Test migration

    Your database is upgraded on a copy and custom code is ported, never on the live system.

  3. Validation

    Record counts, financial balances, stock valuations and key workflows are checked and signed off by you.

  4. Cutover

    A rehearsed, time-boxed cutover with a documented rollback plan, scheduled outside business hours.

  5. Post-upgrade support

    A dedicated support window to catch anything that only appears under real daily use.

How much downtime should we expect?

Usually a few hours, scheduled overnight or over a weekend. The exact window is measured during rehearsal migrations, so there are no surprises on the day.

Can we jump several versions at once?

Yes. We can take you from an older version straight to the latest in one project; the data passes through each intermediate version behind the scenes.

What if something is wrong after the upgrade?

Everything is validated on staging first and you approve the result. If a blocking issue appears at cutover, the rollback plan restores the previous system.
