This policy explains how Elyra Soft ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit elyrasoft.com or contact us. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

Elyra Soft, Vilnius, Lithuania, is the data controller. You can reach us about privacy at hello@elyrasoft.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, company, the service you're interested in, your message, and the IP address it was sent from (used only to prevent spam).
• Email, phone and WhatsApp: the details you choose to share when you contact us.
• Technical data: our hosting provider may log IP addresses and browser information for security and to keep the site running.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to requests and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

• Contact form messages are sent by our own web server to our inbox, hosted by our provider Namecheap. No third-party form service is used.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
• If you choose WhatsApp, your messages are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as required for the contract and by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@elyrasoft.com. You also have the right to complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (ada.lt) or your local supervisory authority.
